Check-in Policy

  • Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Stay Policy

  • Only one person per capsule is permitted.
  • Minimum age for booking is 14 years old.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Check-out and Notifications

You will receive a reminder 15 minutes before your check-out time via your smartband. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please check out on time. A penalty may apply if you fail to check out by the designated time.

Booking Availability

Please ensure that you book a time slot that is available. Check-ins are only allowed at full-hour times, and rebooking can only be done after check-out and based on availability. If the slot is already full, we cannot accommodate your request for a different time. Double-check your booking details to avoid issues.

Management Decisions

In the event of any discrepancies, misunderstandings, or issues during your stay, the decision of our management team is final and binding. Our staff are authorized to interpret and enforce all booking and stay policies.

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation through our official booking platform or on-site kiosk.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other approved electronic payment methods.
  • Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Your reservation will not be confirmed until full payment is successfully processed.

2. Rates and Charges

  • All rates are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • The rate is per person, per capsule. Each guest must book their own capsule.
  • Prices may vary based on demand, availability, and time of booking. The rate confirmed at booking is final and non-negotiable.
